Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and GrandHeritage Global Trade Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website and services.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Services

We provide international trade services including but not limited to import/export facilitation, supply chain management, logistics coordination, and trade compliance consulting. All services are subject to separate service agreements and are governed by these Terms and Conditions in addition to any service-specific terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site
• Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our employees or agents
• Deleting the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other material
• Engaging in any automated use of the system

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. GrandHeritage Global Trade Inc and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
